I recently took some new collage works to Humidity Gallery for exhibit and sale. The gallery is open Tuesday - Friday 10-6 and Saturday 10-4. The web site is www.humiditygallery.com . Drop in, it's a wonderful eclectic craft and art gallery.

Humidity has also displayed many of my paintings in Anthonys' Restaurant, 1355 Market Street, where they have recently re-opened. My paintings never looked better in this beautiful interior!

Watercolor painting classes will begin again in September! Nina now has two classes at Brush & Palette:

Monday - Intermediate and advanced students, 10 - 12:00 AM, beginning August 30, 2010 (due to labor day holiday). This class will include critiques, demonstrations, instruction in color, design and introduction to other media as students request.  Coaching on entering competitions is also provided.

Tuesday - Beginning and intermediate students, 10 - 12:00 AM, beginning September 7, 2010. This class is designed to give students individual attention as needed, as well as provide demonstrations and instruction in painting techniques, color, and design. Helpful critiques are also given.

One student said, "I miss our  Monday class, especially the critical analysis and feedback, not to mention the camaradarie. I knew I enjoyed the art talk but I didn't really appreciate the value of it until now." Debra Lachter
